The following is a list triggered vocal responses for the Patriarch. The contextual triggers for the vocal responses include, appearing, firing his weapons, and taking large amounts of damage.

| When the Patriarch first appears on a map:

- What've you done to my children?!
- You've murdered my children!
- I'll show you! I'll show you all!
- You'll pay for what you've done!
- I'll show you no mercy.
As the Ring Leader during the Summer Sideshow event:
- It's time to knock 'em dead!
- Come one! Come all! It's murder time!
- It's the final act! For you!
- Step right up! It's your final act!
- The one! The only!
- Step right up and die!

| Responses that trigger any time during the fight:

- I always told her, I'd make something of myself. And she never listened.
- Everything is so simple when you have a rocket launcher for an arm!
- You can't run forever.
- Superior genetics.
- Eventually I will catch you.
- Look at you! Running around like insects. I'll crush you like the pests you are.
- You sure are good at running away.
- I don't think you fully understand the situation: you're all going to die.
As the Ring Leader:
- Can you feel it? They're calling for blood. And you have plenty of it! Don't be such a stick in the mud.
- Everyone's a winner here. Even if it kills you.
- Rest assured, that if you should succumb to a gruesome death, that your corpse will be honored, in a tasteful display of confections for our loyal patrons.
- Safety record? Who cares about that? Lives are at stake here.
- Can you withstand the grueling terror...of the three rings?
- Ladies and gentlemen, children of all ages...just saying that makes me hungry.
- There's no such thing as death defying here. Where is the entertainment in defying?
