Talk:List of whitelisted mutators

How does the "Clot Buster" "Bloat-ed" "Gored Fast" etcetc mutators actually work? If you play through at one point all types of specimens spawn. --Koshka 20:44, 15 January 2010 (UTC)

From what I've read the game is hard coded to spawn other specimens after wave 5 (on long at least). The mutators redefine the rest of the specimen groups. — Balthazar (T|C) 10:17, 16 January 2010 (UTC)
I'm pretty sure it is hardcoded. During the Christmas events, when I used a replace mutator, it will use the normal Zeds until the extras start showing up, which are the Christmas versions. ZirePhoenix 23:57, 6 January 2011 (UTC)

[edit] Official mutators that are no longer white listed

Following a recent update from Tripwire, many of their official mutators are no longer white listed.

To make sense of this, I am going to make a second table at the bottom half of the page for the official, but not white listed, mutators. FrazerJC 13:58, 1 July 2010 (UTC)
